WWII Memorial
Pictures from Washington DC

August 5th, 2006

After spending the better part of the week looking after Uncle Johnnie while he lie in hospital, I visited the Memorial to say a prayer for his recovery.  It was one of the hardest things I've ever done in my life, to visit the Memorial without him.  Sharing the photos of my Great Uncles and Step Dad, I ran into a group of kids from the Philippines who thanked John and wished him well.  Thank God our prayers were answered as John soon recovered!

The Memorial is truly beautiful at night.
Please enjoy it as I have.

Thanks kids for remembering!
